Recipe for successful start 

The very beginnings

Making a game of any kind requires a lot of work, people and hours to build.

So you need a team of dedicated hardworking people .

Composing a good team is the first challenge, you need the right people to make an excellent judgment call finding talent and a good fit for the team. For that you need good managers and a good HR department. Call them the First Tier. Now you can start.

The Team 

Diversity! If your team is full of just one kind of expert in one field , let's say technical Ninjas, or sometimes called Gladiators  , that is a great but limited team. The same goes for other experts; creative, artists, and visionary. You need one of each in your team, at least. If possible with different backgrounds.

Don't judge or put a limit on gender, age or education, because we live in a New World. A World where development and progress are faster than the education system.

The best game I played when I was discovering video games a long time ago was Double Dragon 2. My brother and I played it on the SEGA Nikita console with the famous adapter that had to be turned off every 30-45 minutes until it cools down. Talking about lags.

Look at us now and imagine 2,5,10 years from now. Try to figure out trends and demands 6 months from now. And with the pace of change that is accelerating. Not easy.

Those willing to learn and adapt are the ones you are looking for. People with passion and motive. Self-learners, this type of people have the capability to see the future and predict where industries will be one year from now. They could predict with high accuracy trends and  demands, which is important when it comes to the research part of development.

Someone who can get in other people's minds , these people usually have high Emotional IQ and empathy. They love animals , nature and often are good with kids because they can predict their behavior.

Now, If you think that's it, you would be wrong. Remember the part where I mentioned the New World and constant development, well, that means that the game is never finished.
